Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 business days. (Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays)

All items are shipped via Royal Mail. You can choose from Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked48 service.. Please allow extra time for delivery during Royal Mail strikes and peak delivery season. Once items have shipped, delivery times are outside our control.

If you live locally and wish to collect your order, please choose the collection option at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection from our Click & Collect point - The Larder, Raceview Mill, Broughshane.
