Refund policy

Any unsuitable item may be exchanged for an item of the same value provided it is returned in the condition it was sold and has not been used. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item. 

Personalised items or bespoke items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded after the order is confirmed.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please send an email to roseandbumble@gmail.com Please make sure you include your full name, date of purchase, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Upon receipt of the faulty item, I will issue a full refund plus postage cost to you. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage.
