Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING
I aim to ship all orders within 7-10 business days. (Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays)

All items are shipped via Royal Mail. You can choose between Royal Mail Tracked24 or Tracked48 delivery. Please allow extra time for delivery during Royal Mail strikes and peak delivery season. Once items have shipped, delivery times are outside my control.

If you live locally and wish to collect your order, please choose the collection option at checkout. I will contact you when your order is ready for collection from The Larder, Raceview Lane, Broughshane.

RETURNS
Any unsuitable item may be exchanged for an item of the same value provided it is returned in the condition it was sold and has not been used. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item. 

Personalised items or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please send an email to hello@roseandbumble.com Please make sure you include your full name, date of purchase, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Upon receipt of the faulty item, I will issue a full refund plus postage cost to you. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage.

CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed.
