After checkout, please ensure you email the logo or image in .svg file format to hello@roseandbumble.com

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your image.

If the image is not in the correct file format and cannot be processed by our software, your order may have to be cancelled and a refund issued. 

Personalised items or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded.
